Kenna Rangel
WOS Fitness Coach
Kenna is a dedicated personal trainer with over eight years of experience in weightlifting and fitness.
Certified for the past 1.5 years, she combines her extensive practical knowledge with her ongoing studies in business management, set to complete in May.
A former basketball player, Kenna brings a unique athletic perspective to her training programs, committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized, effective strategies
Deseree LeFevre
WOS Fitness Coach
I’m an NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for root-cause healing.
After finding relief in my own health through exercise and nutrition, I transitioned from working in the medical field to fitness to help women build strength, confidence, and sustainable health from the inside out. I look forward to working with you.


Shannon Young
WOS Fitness Coach
I have been in the fitness industry intermittently for about 20yrs. I got certified through The Cooper Institute when I was 23yrs old. A couple of years later I got certified through NASM.
I worked at a gym in Granbury teaching group fitness. Most recently I worked a a personal trainer at The Exercise Coach beginning in 2024 until 2026. Dealing with a form of muscular dystrophy is a reason that I make sure strength training is a big part of my life.
